Thumping Victory

After all the talking, we finally know the winner. It was pretty obvious. India outplayed Australia in every department. The Australians talked about the way only one team was playing to win the match. Guess, they were referring to India in that context. Many records have been shattered. Here are the top 5 moments of this year's series(according to NDTV).

5.Winning moments

This was a moment that Indians across the world will cherish for years to come. Back at the No. 2 spot in world rankings, India walloped the world champions 2-0. That's our moment No. 5 along with Ishant Sharma bucking all trends by becoming a fast bowler to win a 'Man Of the Series' award at home.


The series had other moments as well. Harbhajan Singh dismissing Ricky Ponting for the 10th time to complete his 300 Test wickets, Ganguly completing 7000 Test runs, VVS Laxman playing his 100th Test and Sachin Tendulkar taking his 100th Test catch.

The Dot Theory

Look to your right...in the FEEDJIT map, you see a lot of dots on America in recent times. I guess the Americans have woke up due to the elections. :)

I know that the election of the next US president has a lot to do with all of the world. But, I do not see why the Indian media needs to put in a lot of it. I guess they are currently short of any stories to put on the front page. Some of the papers don't have that problem because the only things they put up on their front pages are ads or 'stories'. Anyway, I just hope the world will be in a better position after Bush steps down.


I guess this is a really eventful year for the Americans. It is a positive signal from you, as far as I see.
